Vecado offers delivery all across Canada and Internationally via 2 main services:
- via major carriers: Canada Post, FedEx and UPS
- via shuttle delivery service - SEE SHUTTLE SCHEDULE BELOW ⬇️
In addition we have pickup locations in Toronto and Metro Vancouver area (Port Coquitlam).
Furthermore, there are stores across the country that distribute vegan pet food.
Delivery Estimates: add 24-48 hours for Packing
Please understand that the delivery estimate on our website at the checkout does not include the packing time required to prepare the order.
Always add 24-48 hours on top of the estimate that you see during the checkout to obtain a more accurate delivery estimate.

In Southwestern Ontario and Metro Vancouver areas we offer our popular and convenient shuttle delivery service.
In most cases you can get products delivered to your door at $0 shipping cost. See order minimums for each shuttle below.

Order by Wed 2pm and your order will be delivered on Friday,

Notes on shuttle deliveries:
House deliveries - you don't have to be home to receive the shuttle delivery. House deliveries will be dropped off in the front of the house with phone/text or email confirmation. If wildlife is a concern in your area, you can put out a container on the porch, and we'll place the order inside the container for you (let us know in advance about the container, or put a note on the container for the driver to see).
Apartment deliveries - if no one is home, orders are left at the door or with the concierge at the front desk with phone/text or email confirmation.
Table below provides information for the upcoming shuttles. Please plan your pet food supplies accordingly.

Rest of Canada
Canada Post and FedEx
We ship to all Canadian destinations by Canada Post Expedited Service and FedEx Ground service. These are trackable services and tracking information will be emailed you to once your order is shipped.
Canada Post allows a maximum of 30 kg in a single parcel, and therefore if your shopping cart contains products with the combined weight exceeding 30 kg, then Canada Post's shipping rates will not be displayed at the checkout screen. If you prefer using Canada Post and your order is over 30 kg, please contact us and we'll help you optimizing weight/shipping cost.
FedEx is a great alternative for medium to large size orders.
If you have on order over 50 kg please contact us via info@vecado.ca and we'll help finding the best shipping rate.
International
For international orders, the shipping fees are non-refundable. We urge our customers to check the specific requirements for your country. This is important to understand for cases when the parcels might be returned back to Vecado. In such cases we can only refund the product cost once the product is received back at our Canadian facility, but not the shipping cost.
USA
We ship by Canada Post Expedited USA and FedEx Ground. These are trackable services, however, please note that limited tracking information is provided by Canada Post to USA. Shipping takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on the selected service.
Other destinations
Delivery by ground (or sea) is available to various international destinations. With ground/sea delivery be prepared to wait 2 to 3 months so you must plan very much in advance.
Delivery by air is also available and works well for packages up to 2kg, which is great for supplements and samples. Large volume becomes more expensive by air. We recommend using ground shipping instead of air for larger orders.
