FIRST-TIME FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS 

Switching to the Benevo Duo should be done gradually. There are two ways of doing that:

Option 1. Start by adding Benevo Duo to the old product, to which your pet is already accustomed: 1 part Benevo Duo, 4 parts old product. Then, during the following one or two weeks, gradually increase the proportion of Benevo Duo. At the end of the transition, you should not be adding the old product.

Option 2. Begin by adding 2 tablespoons of creamed corn, vegetable oil, or flaked nutritional yeast to each cup of Benevo Duo canned food. This helps ease the transition to a new diet. Over the next 1–2 weeks, gradually decrease the amount of added ingredients. Most pets comfortably adapt to the natural flavour of Benevo within this timeframe.

CAUTION: If the switch is not done gradually, there is a small chance that pets may vomit or get diarrhea.

TIP
Although not necessary, you can add fresh, raw veggies to optimize your pet’s diet.
