Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24–48 hours, though occasionally it may take a bit longer. Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Carriers & Service Areas
We use a variety of trusted carriers, including major services as well as our dedicated shuttle routes for certain regions. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on the way.

Canada
Orders shipped within Canada via standard carriers or our shuttle service in select zones. 

United States & International
We also ship to the U.S. and globally. U.S. deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 weeks; international shipments may take longer depending on shipping method and destination.

For returns of orders: shipping fees are non‑refundable, and refunds for the product cost will only be issued once returned to our Canadian facility.

Important Notes

• Special delivery instructions? Add them at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• In shuttle zones: if your order is placed after the cut‑off time, your delivery may shift to the next available run.

• For large or heavy orders (e.g., over ~50 lbs domestically or 50 kg internationally), please contact us so we can help select the most suitable shipping option.
